Greetings!
There are a number of ways to wire transfer money to someone else
using a credit card. One of the most common ways is to use paypal
[http://www.paypal.com] which allows you to set up an account and
transfer money to someone else with a paypal account. You can
withdraw money from either your credit card or your bank account.

Another option is going through Western Union
[https://wumt.westernunion.com/asp/mtReceiver.asp]. Through their
website they allow you to transfer money to someone via credit card.
The disadvantage over paypal is that the money can not be picked up on
the internet. Instead, the intended recipient will need to go to a
designated agent location (such as a supermarket) to pick the money
up.

Finally, a number of banks allow you to send money via your account
page on their website. You might want to give your credit card
company a call and find out if this is an option for you.

I hope this answers your question. If you need anything cleared up,
please request a clarification and I will be more then happy to help.

Best,
