I am looking to buy a house in London, and have found that the
neighbouring house was sold in November 2005 - 6 months ago - for
£475.000.

The house sold is 10 Maldon Road, Central Acton (post code W3). I used
houseprices.co.uk to find the actual sale price for the

Can you find out which estate agent sold the property, how much it was
on the market for, and the basic stats for it?  (Area, number of
rooms, etc).  As a bonus, I would like to see the write-up of the
property and floor plan if available when it was on the market.  Note
that houses in the area may be listed as in "Poet's Corner" rather
than the actual name of the road.

Most houses in the London area are listed on rightmove.co.uk or
findaproperty.co.uk - so finding this information should be easy if
you know how to search google cache.  I can't find these sites on
archive.org...

Could this listing be the one you're seeking? I'm going strictly on a
picture match, and I can't be sure this is the same house (different
lighting and angle), although many of the details are similar. But it
may be worth checking the cached photo to see if it's a match. If
there's a way to date this cached snapshot, I don't know what it is.
This one photo and the general description below are all that remain
of the original listing; the other details have been removed. I've
searched with the reference number to see if I can bring up additional
pages from the original listing in cached form, but this is the only
