How should I reach potential clients in different states in US and how to appoint quality sales person on commission basis in different states in US. Being cititzen of India and greencard holder of USA, I own a company in Ohio, USA and we have our own offshore development centers at various locations in India. Our aim is to convince companies in USA to outsource their work to us and we will get their work done from our own offshore centers in India. We deal in IT & Software, CAD/Architecture, Data Entry and Accounting. I want to know how should I appoint sales person in different states on commission basis only. Will commission basis model for sales person work?? Will they take pain to get orders if we provide good commission %. Then how will I train (make them aware of our company) distant sales person who are residing far from Ohio. Please let me know if companies want to reach potential clients in different states in US,how do they manage marketing process and manage sales person spread all over in US. |
