It's not just you...

The links to the right of the page, which specify 30-200K
are in streaming format, and cannot be downloaded.

The link on the left, which shows in the status bar as
http://www.atoll.gr/videos/holylight80k.wmv

...produces a "404 not found" error. The link is no good.
You might try contacting the website owners or the webmaster
to point this out and resolve the problem.
