I need a list of the premium/subscription online consumer services in
the US that have affiliate programs. 

These are online services where the consumer pays a
subscription fee to access <b>content</b>. These services must have
their own affiliate programs.  I need around 20.

These services should primarily be content driven (CNN, ABC, consumer
reports, Wall Street Journal etc.).

For each service I need to know if possible
- Name of service
- Description of the service
- Number of subs
