I have a patent that I would like to offer the major web-based email
providers for licensing. Who do I contact at Google, Hotmail, and
Yahoo to find out if they are interested in licensing my patent. And
how do I contact them? I live in Ethiopia so if possible I would like
to contact them via email. I would rather not send my request to a
general contact address but to the right person who can make decisions
on such matters.
