Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to find answers for the following questions.

If I as a non us citizen open an LLC in the US for example in the
State of Delaware, as a company
- will I be able to do import from over seas???

If the answer is yes to the above than I would like to know if I have to pay taxes:
- when the products I import will be stored in an US order fulfillment
center, but all sales will be made over the internet( personal
internet web shop, eBay, etc...)
while I am will not be present in the US. All sales invoices will be
given by my non US citizen owned LLC but an order fulfillment center
located in the US
will be sending the products to the actual buyer.
Regards
Gabor
