I'm doing some research on the state of aeropolitical affairs between
the US and Egypt and need information concerning the current bilateral
agreement between the United States and Egypt.

I think the agreement was first negotiated in 1964 and amended in
1991, but I can't find much about its terms.  In particular, I'd like
some or all of the following:

1) full text of the agreement

2) a <detailed> summary of the agreement's key features including
identification of the designated carriers, if any, and their rights in
terms of routes, frequencies and freedoms, pricing regimes, etc. 
Again, this information needs to be detailed to be of value.

3) any recent activity on either side of the agreement to amend or
otherwise change the agreement.

4) any recent news coverage of the agreement or on the general topic
of the aeropolitical relationship between the US and Egypt.

Stop, stop, stop...the question has been answered by another source. 
I apologize for the change in direction, but I put out multiple
threads on this information in anticipation of it being difficult to
obtain and have been very pleasantly surprised to get near-instant
access to an expert within the DOT who had this information literally
in front of him.  Please let me know if you've already expended
substantial effort on this and I'll provide compensation for that
work.
