The Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) Certification
has the potential to provide special opportunities among over 650
business who give preference to Certified businesses in contracting. 
Does anyone know what the collective past experience has been among
Certified women-owned businesses?  I am looking for something like the
% increase in new revenue over a 2-3 year period based soleoy on these
opportunities.
