jerririley-ga,

You have asked multiple questions within a question, which generally
is a difficult way to get the information you're after.

You might be better off posting a series of separate question, one
regarding the environmental conditions at the site of interest (and
give a full description of the location and the project, please).

The other questions can focus on company histories/records, and I
strongly suggest posting one question per company.

Sorry if this seems overly complex, but I really do think this would
greatly increase the likelihood of getting most, or all, of the info
you're looking for.

Q1 - Construction of new homes will begin shortly at this
location,GATES RUBBER CO. 990 S. BROADWAY. DENVER. Colorado. Denver.
80209, after demolition occurs at the current site. What environmental
hazards are there at that location to be aware of as a potential home
owner?
Q2 - Related to above the following companies are developing that land
and I don't know if they are reputible. Acquilano Leslie Inc; The
Kenney
Group; Jirsa Hedrick & Associates; Integrated Mechanical Systems or
Clayden Engineering Inc. I would like to know if any have litigation
or BBB issues. These companies were identified here:
