Hello hassen,

And thank you for your question.

Checking the Symantec site at www.symantec.com, I searched products
for Ghost 2003 and found the following page:

http://www.symantec.com/techsupp/ghost/ghost_2003_info_tutorial.html

Here you will find a variety of tutorials for Norton Ghost 2003 for
Windows 2000/NT/Me/98/XP including the following topics:

How to use the Ghost Boot Wizard to add or modify a Network
Interface Card template *NEW*
How to clone or make a copy of a computer using an IP connection
*NEW*

How to create a disaster recovery disk *NEW*

How to use a mapped network drive to create and restore images *NEW*

How to create and restore an image using a USB or Firewire device
*NEW*

How to create and restore an image using CD-R/RW or DVD *NEW*

All of these are available in three formats: as Animated Shockwave
with Sound, Animated Shockwave or to be downloaded to your computer.
This page is clever enough to determine if you have Shockwave
installed and if your version is current enough for these files. It
will offer to download or update your Shockwave installation if not.
Do choose this option if it is presented to you.

Symantec notes:

"If this page does not have the information you want, click "continue
to knowledge base" to search for other answers and solutions. "

Choosing this button will bring you here:

where you can enter a specific key word or query to find more
information on Ghost.

I entered "tutorial" here and found a results page listing even more
tutorial for Ghost here:

Even though these files do not specifically address Ghost 2003, they
may help you find the information you desire.

Online support for Ghost 2003 is also available here:
http://www.symantec.com/techsupp/ghost/ghost_2003_support_options.html
, and will lead you to further discussions and search capabilities to
find information on Ghost.

I trust this answer will lead you to the information you desire.
