I reside and own a business, a website, and a regular bank account in
Ukraine. None of the Ukrainian banks offer a merchant account to date,
nor are Ukrainians able to open PayPal accounts. I need a link to
reliable solution(s) that can accept online credit card payments for
me, then transferring the funds to my Ukrainian bank account. Thank
you!

Hi,

You may try http://www.2Checkout.com. I am not 100% sure but I think
they accept merchants from most countries. Their commission is higher
than a traditional merchant account but the setup fee is low. I cannot
vouch for their reputation since I have not used them myself but I
know that they are widely used which usually means they are ok.

Good luck!
