I am 5'3" and 140 pounds, while I am slightly above and ideal weight I
have a size 34E bra size. In the last 4 months I have lost 20lbs and
still no change in my breast size!!I have struggled with my breast
size for
years, I have chronic back and neck pain, grooving from bra straps,
low self esteem, chronic headaches and so on. I have tried to get my
health insurance (Anthem)to pay for surgery a few years back and I was
refused. My sister was approved for and had the operation through
United Healthcare, she was 50+ pounds overweight. I want to get
insurance with a company that will pay for this procedure. Who is the
best for this, United does not offer individual plans? I am miserable
help!!!
