I'm researching publishing and recording rights for the composer
(Walid Georges GHOLMIEH) and lyricist (Shafiq Abdul Jabar AL-KAMALI)
of the Iraqi national anthem "Ardulfurataini Watan" (as it was used
until 2003).  Who holds these publishing and recording rights, and how
would I contact them if necessary?
