I need a copy of the Lease Agreement (even in draft form) associated
with the following deal which was announced yesterday. It should be
Public information I would think.

General Land Office to research for four years, then build the giant
turbines about 50 miles south of Corpus Christi near Baffin Bay.

The required documents are available to download and read at the Texas
General Land Office website.

Note that the documents are in PDF format so you need a PDF viewer to
open them, if you do not have such program I provide you with two free
