What American companies specialize or at least accomodate individuals
who want to invest through their pension fund's self-directed IRA into
Trust Deeds secured by real estate and/or private private placement
memorandums structuring investments secured by either 1) real estate
Trust Deeds, 2) real estate options, or 3) ownership of a frationated
position in a single-purpose LLC (limited liability company). I do not
want companies that create these vehicles (Trust Deeds and LLC's) for
their own or other investors, just service-only companies who manage
and administer the investment accounts for investors. Representative
companies would include PENSCO Trust company in San Francisco; First
Trust in Denver; Lincoln Trust in Colorado. I am looking for other
companies like these who can receive individual's IRA accounts and
handle california based investors.

I am trying to answer your question but Google will not accept it. I
have recently set up a self directed IRA real estate.
