Howdy bdally-ga, If you want to cut it (really) tight, you could catch the 7:36 AM "T" at the Newton Station on the "Silver Line", as it will take around 24 minutes to go from there, transfer to the "Red Line" at the "Downtown Crossing," and go on to the Kendall/MIT Station. I'd go for the 7:23 or 7:27 AM "T" at Newton to be safe. This is on a weekday. If you need any clarification, please feel free to ask.
