Probably the Plan of Reorganization.

It lays out how the compnay will reorganize inorder to continue
operations in a Chapter 11 bankruptcy.

chapter 11 is for reogranizations.

Did you want to now what their specirfic plan was or just what was
meant by the term "plan"?

I want to know what the plan was because I was an investor in that
company and need to know what will happen to my investment. Checks
were supposed to be sent in April to those investors who had money
comming and I have heard nothing, one way or the other!

As I said in my e-mail...your people should be able to get a copy of
the Met Mortgage "Plan" as it should be public record.  I am in San
Diego, not Spokane.
