I would like to open a fast food restaurant but know next to
nothing about the restaurant business. Who can I turn to for help? Are
there consulting services of this type? If so, I would like to get
some contacts for local (Twin Cities, MN) restaurant consulting
companies, know what services they offer and how much I should be
prepared to spend on it.
To be more specific, I am thinking of opening a fast food salad bar
restaurant, they become more and more popular, there are a few that
recently started to offer franchises, but this is not my preference.
I am looking for assistance in writing a business plan, choosing
location, identifying business equipment needs, local food
distributors, etc.
