It is well known fact that ODR (Online Dispute Resolution)is spreading across
the web. even in GA there is a specific procedure regarding refund.

My interest is in ISPs as they are gateways to the Internet and therefor a
fertile ground for many disputes (regarding Privacy, Copyright
infringements, slander, ect).

(a) I need information regarding ODR mechanisms that ISPs supply.
(b) Several examples of disputes that where handled by the mechanisms.
(C) Is there a specific law in the US and UK that regulate ODR upon ISPs?

any additional information will be most welcomed.

Best Regards --Romko-ga.

Hi,

An answer that will hold data regrading the U.S alone
will satisfy me.

In other words, please add "in the U.S" to (a) and (b),
and remove "and UK" from (c).

Thanks in advance,
Romko-ga.
