Am looking for information as to how many television commercials are
produced each year for showing in the US in 2004 or 2005.

What I need:
volume of commercials produced for the US tv audience
local + national


What I don't need:
number of commercials run on TV in the US. That could be helpful, but
that's not the same as the total produced.

Since some commercials are shot in canada these days (since it's
cheaper than producing them here in the US), I'd want to have an
approximation for those included.

So that's where Coke gets the cute polar bears and ice birds.  Oh Canada!!
