Any machine would do. The problem is keeping the dust under control. An ordinary glove box and a ordinary grinder would leave you with big mess and an upset Environmental Agency. What quanity? Depleted or weapons grade? |

I would make sure it was a sealed glove box. Inhaled plutonium dust is as about as toxic as cyanide |
