I paid a speeding ticket this month in Westchester not realizing that my action meant 6 points on my NYS drivers license plus additional fees of $300 over three years. Can I reverse that decision and fight it in court? |

Simple - contact the court and ask. Probably not though. Once you plead guilty that's it. |

I don't know, but if you take a defensive driving course, you can remove 2 points from your record. |
