I received a DirecTV Fax Settlement Certificate last year.  I
completed all the necessary paperwork and contacted the Garden City
Group to verify they had all the correct information.  The Garden City
Group informed me that the certificate had been processed (in October
2005)and that I would be contacted to setup an installation for new
service.  I have not heard from anyone and
have left numerous messages on Garden City Group's toll-free number
(888) 808-3570.  Is this a scam by DirecTV?  What recourse do I have
for them not honoring the court order settlement?
