How many Playstation 2s have been sold in the US to date? and
projections if possible for year end 2006. Information source would be
very useful.

Hi,

I can't say on the second part, but the number of Playstation 2's sold
in the U.S.  is currently 41.82 million, according to Sony's
first-quarter analysis of units shipped.
