I am looking for four images of maps of the US to use in a power point
presentation. What I would like is 4 maps of the US that are
identical in background (no preference for including/excluding AK & HI, it's
the continent that matters), but each of the four adds one layer as
follows:

Map 1: Continental US with no state lines, roads, etc. It can have
terrain (optional). Something like:
http://hikethewhites.com/photos/us_map.jpg

Map 2: Continental US with state lines. Names/abbreviations of states
are ok, but not necessary. Something like:
http://www.uscb.edu/uploads/US_Map.jpg

Map 3: Continental US with interstates. Also having state lines
would be better, but optional. Something like:
http://www.intellicast.com/images/maps/us_hiways_map.gif

Map 4: Contintental US with all major highways. Same comment as
above re: state lines. Something like:
http://www.fhwa.dot.gov/hep10/images/nhsjpg.jpg

The key thing is that the maps all look similar in color, shape, size
and only add layers of information. If I could have my dream, I like
the example map from Map 1 above, but really as long as it's a map of
the US with the four levels of detail - that's all I need. Let me
know if I need to clarify anything more.

Thanks!
Kristen
