Hello seeker123-ga,

Please tell us more about what you mean when you say, "must have
experience in negotiating unpaid balances." Are you looking for credit
repair organizations that help a consumer negotiate a payment plan?
Or, are you looking for collection agencies that try to recover
payment on behalf of creditors. Also, what are your geographic limits,
i.e., country, state, city, etc.?

We are a comapny located in California.  We are in a position where
customers would not pay us for outstanding balances UNLESS we give
them a certain discount.  They came up with a required discount that
is TOTALLY without any justification.  We've looked into Collections,
Arbitration, Litigation, etc. services.  We would like to also look
into the Negotiation Services that can help us to negotiate the
discount.
