I've found the hoody (hoodie) as a non-zip-up version with the image
on the front, as well as t-shirts (as pointed to in the comments), and
neither are what I'm looking for. The zip-up hoody, with the image
printed on back, (preferably in Medium).

I don't think you can get the hoodie anymore, i tried to get it, but
could only find a t-shirt of the same design, from
