here is what i remember, please tell me the name of the movie. it was
in space and a sci fi movie. there was one scene where this guy was in
a room and this other guy walked in and mashed a button, the guy
already in the room was like, what are you doing?? and then a port in
the ceiling opened up and it sucked the guy up into it and he went
through the port and into space. also there was another dude building
a robot and when other people opened the door to his room he was dead
and the robot had like meal worms in it or something. i remember
seeing cables on the outside of the robot, when he was building it,
and you can see the fluid fill up the cable.

I believe your movie may be "Saturn 3," a 1980 sci-fi flick which
featured Farrah Fawcett, Kirk Douglas, Harvey Keitel, and a very scary
robot named Hector.

Internet Movie Database: Saturn 3
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0079285/

Near the beginning of "Saturn 3," Captain Benson (Harvey Keitel)
assumes the identity of Captain James after deliberately pushing a
button which evacuates the air from the ship's locker room. Captain
James is sucked out into space, while Captain Benson is protected by a
space suit.

Later, Benson assembles Hector the robot, whose "mind" is contained in
a transparent cylinder full of twisty, wormy-looking brain matter.
Hector's limbs have lots of visible servos and cables and fluid-filled
tubing. When Hector is assembled, he doesn't "come to life" until the
tubes are filled with fluid. As I recall, some of the tubes have red
fluid, and some have blue fluid.

Does this sound like the right movie?
