What is the name of a movie where a van goes crashing into a

container springs a leak. A man and his son is exposed to the gas in
an attempt to rescue the driver and a scientist. Discovering the gas
has a strange effect on him. He and his son can heal instantly, now
wanted by the elderly crime lord who wanted the gas for just that
reason. They must discover a way to keep ahead of him and his men.
Their only weakness is long term exposure to complete darkness will
kill them. This was only a pilot for a series that never made it.?
