I would like to listen to an MP3 player at work but I MUST be able to
monitor activity on the two way radio I carry.  I need a portable
device that I can hook up my personal MP3 Player headphone jack,
personal two way radio headphone jack, and my headphones together.  I
also want the music from the MP3 to shut off/mute when the radio is
recieving.
