The spoken introduction to the song "Flying In A Blue Dream" (from the
album of the same name) is most likely from a tv/radio broadcast, but
Joe Satriani himself doesn't know the origin or exact words, as it
came across as interference when they were recording the song. I would
like to know the full transcription of the spoken intro., and ideally
the origin as well.

Below is a partial transcription that is believed to be accurate:
(MAN)
What about afterwards?

(BOY)
Sometimes afterwards they still like each other, and sometimes they don't.

Perhaps the text can be determined with audio forensics tools, or can
be searched against a comprehensive tv/film/radio database?
