I am an American citizen living in France. I need to file a US income
tax return but feel unconfortable using a tax software due to my non
resident status and find using an accountant based in France too
expensive.
Could anybody tell me how I can find a certified public accountant,
ideally iso certified, based in a cheap labor country such as India,
who could do my taxes as well as my France-based accountant but for a
fraction of the cost ?
