when using Mozilla, is there a way to delete a specific URL in the address drop-down box? |

Shift+Delete? I dont do that. Just go to the entry that you want (email address, autocomplete entries, history links and so on) and make sure that the relevant is highlighted in blue (default colour) and then simply press Delete. Works every time for me and on IE too. |

I can't find any way to do this using Mozilla 1.7.13 on Fedora Core 5 Linux. Maybe it's version- or platform-dependent. Are you able to upgrade from Mozilla to Firefox? If so, you can open the history sidebar and edit to your heart's content, with changes being reflected in the URL drop-down list. |
