There are a couple of options out of late that allow you to
copy text from webpages and paste them into a website for
later use. None of the results will be in the format of
a spreadsheet, though, so I won't post this as an answer
'til I hear back from you.
Google Notebook works in Firefox. You can download a browser
app that lets you select text in a website, r-click and send
it to your Google Notebook, where you can have multiple
'notebooks'. Only text is copied. Of course, the notebooks
are searchable.

eSnips offers similar functionality in IE, but I haven't
gotten the r-click function to work yet. They're still in
beta. I understand it works for some people, so maybe it
will for you.

Writely, which was recently acquired by Google, lets you copy
text, photos, and links from a website into a simulated online
word processor document. It's in beta, so you need to be invited
to collaborate on a document by a currently registered user in
order to get an account, at the moment. You get 1GB of storage
space, and can make pages public by publishing them to the web,
or send the contents to a blog.
