What does this company do?  There are several companies called Apex
that operate in Florida.

I'm sorry - I meant to ask if there was a company incorporated in the
State of Florida named, "Apex Environmental, Inc." or "Apex
Environmental Services, Inc.".  This would be a company in the
industrial/environmental sector.  Thanks for your help.

The Florida Department of Corporations in Tallahassee keeps a record
of companies doing business in Florida.  You might want to contact
them to locate the company you are looking for.  If you know it is
located in a certain city or county, then you need to call the
Occupational Department of the city or county as any company there
would have to register to do business in their city/county (and get an
occupational license).....otherwise, if you are looking to name your
company Apex, Inc. if you find it's name already listed, then you
would need to choose another name for your business.  If you are
trying to locate Apex, Inc. for any other reason you need to either
provide us further info or do a search on google.com to locate them.

According to the Florida Secretary of State website, Corporations at
http://ccfcorp.dos.state.fl.us, there is an Apex Environmental Inc.
but it is based in 700 W. Pete Rose Way, Cincinnati, OH 45203, with
the agent being located at 8338 NW 52nd, Coral Springs, FL
