Howdy anniepannie-ga,

Here is what appears to be a very good resource for what you seek, including
a discussion of "shorthand" for signing the number 25.
http://www.lifeprint.com/asl101/pages-layout/numbersdiscussion.htm

"[25] looks like the number 5 with the middle finger fluttering up and down
a few times."

Note that near the top there are links to pictured examples of how to sign
numbers, including this one that shows an animated example for "25."
http://www.lifeprint.com/asl101/pages-signs/n/numbers21-30.htm

If the above will do as an answer, please tell me so I can post it as such.

Thanks! denco-ga - Google Answers Researcher
