I am trying to determine the industry valuation metric for Commercial
Fishing Licenses, specific to the Great Lakes, for the following types
of species:
- Smelt
- Perch
- Pickerel (Walleye)
- Whitefish

For more certainty, I am looking for the valuation of the license for
a given license quota. e.g. if a license for Smelt has a quota of 7
million lbs per annum, how much is the value of that license?
