As a small child my mother, also, gave me one of these boxes.  I need
to purchase 150 of for an upcoming conference. Can you tell me who
sells them (and has 150 in stock)  or a company that could manufacture
them for me and have them ready by June 1, 2006?

As paf states, June 1 could be tight, so a local source, either to you
or the conference, might be best.

If you could provide the city and state for both your location and the
the conference location, perhaps a researcher could source someone that
could do a fast small run of the box.

It wouldn't hurt to have a detailed description of the box; dimensions,
type of hinge(s), if the words are engraved or painted/printed, etc. or
what variation you would accept, such as a smaller size, or if engraved,
a silkscreen would be acceptable) as well, etc.

On such short notice it will be very hard to fill this order
domestically with the expectation of recieving the order on time but
it seems at least one company may be able to do it. WOOD BOX SUPPLY
offers this 5.5 x 3.25 x 2.75 unfinished pine box for $7.50 ea (for
orders oever 51 units) and charges a bit more per box for a finish.

Thanks everyone for your help.  I was able to obtain the boxes from
woodpak.com as reommended by 'paf' in the first response.  Does anyone
know how I can pay 'paf' for the help?  Also the phone number
1-647-242-5254 offered by tox-ga is out of service, but I would like
to tip EVERYONE who helped for their efforts.  How do I go about this?
 Finally, why is the answers icon not listed anymore when one searches
for the additional google services on the maun menu, on this page

orders and he had told me he would activate it until Monday evening. 
He preferred I provide this number in public as opposed to his e-mail

Since you've already been charged the full price for your question,
there's certainly no need, and no expectation, that you should pay any
more.

However, customers have been known to direct fluff 'questions' to the
attention of a specific researcher, as a way of offering an additional

As for your other question, I'm afraid there are some features of
Google Answers that are not working quite as they should.  The e-mail
notification (when a clarification or answer is posted) is not
working.  And as you noted, GA is missing from the list of Google
services.

Hopefully, all will be rectified soon.
