What are the general rights of manufacturers reps who's principal is
based in Wisconsin?  If there is not agreement, can the principal
terminate without cause or notice in the absense of any agreements? 
Can the principal adjust commission stuctures,terms, and commission
payment schedules at their will and without notice?
