Hi, I am organizing a dinner for a Japanese style engagement ceremony
in Tokyo. As such, I need to know what are the best private dining
rooms available to me for a group up to 14 people. The restaurant
should be friendly to Western english speakers, have amazing food,
great service, and be well-designed. I'd prefer to avoid French food.
Include in your answer how to make a reservation, average cost per
person and location in Tokyo. Other suggestions are welcome although I
