I'm looking for examples where parents of a bullied child have brought
suit against a school district, or school, and help and advice.

I experienced bullying personally in Rhode Island where my son was
ultimately suspended from school because of actions he took after
being bullied for over 2 1/2 years. The school district had a policy
but didn't inform or educate the educators or the children in the
district regarding bullying and how to handle it, report it, etc. It
was all hands off and don't bother me approach by adminaistration even
though they knew of my son being bullied. He told them but no action
on their part.

Any help or advice is appreciated
