We already have a Learning Management System (LMS) in place at our
e-learning institute. The LMS works fine for the individual student
enrolment but for enrolling a group of students, we have to repeat the
process a number of times. So, how can we enrol a group of students to
a course(s) in a single operation? We are looking for some forms or
some processes or commercial systems. Please suggest some options.

We are a group of students doing a Uni Project for
"www.archercollege.com", which is an online e-learning provider. It
currently operates in B2C environment but they are now trying to move
towards B2B. Their system works perfect for enrolling a single student
into one or more courses but there is a lag time of 24 hours between
student enrollment and student's access to the course materials. This
issue is mainly because of time taken by the archer college management
to verify the skills or education of the student required as
pre-requisites for the course.

As they are focussing on B2B model, our job is to provide them with
options that can allow the enrollment of group of students, government
organizations, corporates etc in one or more courses in a single
operation. this could be group enrollment forms, any available
processes, commercial systems and general options that can help archer
college to deal with the issue of group enrollment and quick
prerequisite verification process for large groups.

They are using a commercially available LMS called "CCM". You can
check some of its functions on archer college website. We dont know
the name of the vendor.
