I'm looking for a list of stainless steel tubing suppliers outside the
us with pricing for 1 inch surgical grade 304 stainless steel tubing
with a standard wall thickness of .062.  China should definately be in
the list.  I'm looking for two categories of companies with pricing. 
One for low volume and one for high volume.

Welded or drawn?  I would assume drawn if surgical.

How long do the tubing need to be? 24 feet? or some standard lenghth?

It seems that most manufacturers let you choose between welding and
drawn or seamless.  Welded and drawn is fine.  I'm looking for price
per foot.
