I am looking for 8 websites that offer many (10 or more) free Modern
Contemporary Secular Acappella Arrangments, meaning songs that date
from 1990 or later, but 2000 or later perferred. These websites cannot

It's hard to imagine finding sites that meet your requirements, since
the songs in question are not only copyrighted, but probably pretty
actively protected from infringment, since they are recent and
popular.

If such arrangements exist, they are likely to be for sale, since the
arranger would have to pay for a license.

Would sources where you could buy arrangements be of interest to you?

Even though there are copyright issues in the arrangment of popular
acappella music, a small number of sites do exist, there are out there
but are dificult to find. This is why I am offering a good amount of
money for this question because it involves some intensive research.
Most college acappella groups arrange and sing covers of popular songs
all the time and no legal issues have risen.
