Concrete Driveway to Property Line, Chandler, AZ. I want to know if it is legal to extend your driveway to the edge of your property line. Not going over, just to the edge. I need some good solid proof either way. Thanks, Doug Thompson |

Your best bet is to contact the city government and ask. http://www.chandleraz.gov/ I couldn't find anything that answered your question, other than a passage in the city code that says that child care centers in residential areas may NOT expand their driveways, but this is specifically related and probably intended to avoid additional parking on a residential property. My suggestion is that you ask a realtor or whoever could do the work professionally, if you don't want to start with the city officials. They probably know what is legal - and what "can be done", if the neighbor does not complain. |
