I need to find a couple of templates of Microsoft Project plan files
created by/for lawyers or bankers. I have seen pretty general project
plan templates but I need one which includes documents typically used
in the closing of a business transaction involving lawyers, bankers or
perhaps even real estate. These legal transactions (buying/selling a
company) typically involve many documents and several external parties
and I'd like to either find a template showing this, or find a
MSProject 2003 expert who can help me write one.

Hi there,

As Nelson-ga pointed out, many professionals use a specialized
software for this type of task and thus I was unable to find a
template. However, during my search, I have come across some
excellent MS Project experts and if you could post your budget and a
bit more detail on how much work you'll need done, I could refer you
to one.

Cheers,
Tox-ga

Lawyers typically use legal-industry-specific "practice management
software" for this sort of thing.
