An answer could depend on how liberally you're willing to define
"intelligent design". What I mean is that surely there are private
church-owned high schools & universities which teach traditional
scriptural accounts of the creation of the universe. It's possible
however that few if any schools, public or private, are officially
teaching the ostensibly non-theistic proposition of so-called
intelligent design.
