how to install a program from scratch IE code in Linux using a shell.
donīt have a clue of code yet want to install a program, downloaded
from the web.. I am a Mandriva user..

Hello Loonyman,

Please clarify your question - perhaps describing more precisely what
program you want to install.  According to

there are about a dozen different information technology definitions
for "IE". One of the most common (Internet Explorer) would require you
have a license to run Windows (and the IE that comes with it) on the
computer.
