Hi there, I need a short list of online advertising agents who are
able to deliver full page popunders. I am an advertiser not a
publisher.

The agents:
- must be automated so I can start my campaign straight away without
having to contact a sales rep. (athough I allow time for my site's
approval).

- must be fairly trusted (i.e. not operating a 'pay for useless hits
scam'). To establish the agent's trustability (is that even a word?)
traffic rankings, independant reviews or your personal experience may
come in handy.

- must be able to deliver full page popunders

- must allow for a minimum order of $50 or less.

- preferrably accept Paypal or Egold, but it's not a huge issue if they do not.
